But he seems to be ruling out any players playing at L! or L2 level. I find this shocking tbh. A decent manager should be able to spot some diamonds floating about at lower levels. Jamie Vardy anyone? How many players have we picked up in the past from lower leagues that have gone on to be great players for us? Bruce, Phelan, Holt, Wes, and many many more. Is he looking for the next RVW?
