It's all relative isn't it?

Try to sign a player from another champ team or L1 and we'll have attractive facilities.

Try to sign a player from a top European team and we probably don't.

Plus we're not a prem team and not likely to be in the immediate future, our wages aren't going to be top end, so what is the draw for a player with higher ambitions and options?
