Bang Average.

I think, if one cared enough to delve through my wroth history, that I've made critical and very likely pungently-worded points about "bang average" a number of times on here. Lord AP of B, down there, is exactly right: it is one of the finest, if not the finest, signifiers of a football blowhard who can be very usefully ignored with basically zero risk. It's the ultimate indicator of a f**king terrible signal to noise ratio. Mentioning no wrathers. But meaning some. At least one. Maybe two.
