Horses for courses

I need a lightweight neutral shoe - I don't pronate and I have a midfoot strike. Below the knee, I'm all good.

My "regular" issues are a lazy gluteus medius and a tight set of muscles round my shoulders (long story) which can affect how my lower back works which can affect my stride pattern which can cause my knee to break down. I've learned this by giving some beer tokens to a physio and watching slow motion videos of my arse while I run on a treadmill, with said physio interpreting what we were looking at. Luckily it was a widescreen TV so it all fit in.
