We are third in the first half table, thirteenth in the second half table

First half at home, we are either top of the league or very close to it (CBA to work everyone's numbers out but we've won 9 first halve at home, drawn 3 and lost one and I don't think anyone else is close to that).

There really is a serious issue with our coaching, defensively and in terms of general conditioning, but it's not getting fixed any time soon (AN should have gone, but hasn't and won't in the near term, so we're stuck with what we've got on both fronts).

I have to say that these are the kinds of areas a more interventionist Board might be looking to get involved in. Here are the numbers, this is what they show is happening, what strategy do we have to change/improve that, that kind of approach.
