Unless you live in the middle of nowhere and rarely go out

you do it all the time, thanks to cars and whatnot. Round here (Berkshire) even living in the middle of nowhere won't help as although there are fewer particulates in the stix the geography traps all the NOx emissions from cars on the M4 and M40 for us all to enjoy every day.

As I say, we're all going to die. Plenty enough to worry about without worrying about that as well.
