I reckon the Board have decided to bank on remaining in the Championship this season

in the forlorn hope that buying a few semi-decent also-rans from the proceeds of three or four major sales, plus a handful of good kids like Maddison coming through, will give the Club some cash in the bank and a sniff of the play-off places next season. Reality of course will be totally different and the failure to recognise that in a year's time the majority of Championship Clubs will probably be owned by wealthy foreigners with cash to splash. I think you were better at the old day job Delia. Alas, Smith and Wynne-Jones!!
