It was the expectation of this season

We all thought that we'd be bouncing back up to the promised land, as the board would have the same expectations and ambition as the fans.

Then, when action was required in order to save the season and get the team back on track, they became spineless. Now the club appears rudderless, leaderless and lacks ambition, for reasons we don not know!

That's what is annoying so many people...
