We need a massive clear out

The side has the air of a relegation tailspin. I think it's too late for us to get sucked in this year but I'm not 100% sure.

Either way these players are too used to losing. There's no leaders. No balance. Too many high earners not contributing.

Just a general stench of decay.

A new manager needs to do a full rebuilding job over the next 2 windows to give us any hope for *next* season.

Some players that want to play.
See Norwich as a step up.
Round pegs for round holes.
Options to change the formation when it isn't working.
Get rid of all the senior players who wont be playing even if we have to pay them to go.
