It comes from a squad of players sticking together without big time charlies

So, for example the chat about Bradley today is remembering the player Lambert brought in. He wasn't a superstar, he was just liked at Leeds. At Norwich he worked very well amongst other similar players.

During AN's promotion year BJ had become one if not the best player in the championship, despite him not really really being as good as the season he had. It's just like Rickie Lambert's 15 minutes at the top of his game

At Leeds now there's 5 or so players who are unknowns but with lots of green potential. Amongst this there's Rob Green who will make the odd mistake, but is a tremendous senior to have in a dressing room coaching his back 4. Players like Hernandez are in the twilight of their careers, but will still show moments of class (like Svensson or Safri, or Helveg)

Imo, Leeds will only get better as the season goes on, why? Because they still go into every game with doubts about whether they are the best in the league. With that mentality they all work twice as hard mentally and physically and grind out 3 points most weeks.

It's why they'll get promoted. It's only when those players get complacent in future years when squads falter in games
