Was an interesting article. I was a bit surprised it didn't also mention trend towards healthier food (unless I missed it in there). Suspect that might have contributed to fall in popularity of curry houses over the past few years (although I might be putting too much weight there on trends among Liberal Elite / NL ponces etc, I guess...)
