Yes but others have changed, thats the point

The last time we were in this league with the type of budget we are going to have in 18 months time (i.e. £42 million less than this season) football the financial make up of the championship was very different.

Even the sc*m will probably have a bigger budget than us within 2 or 3 years because they have Evans taking on their debts for tax purposes!
