Isn't that rather sad really?

Local owners who clearly love the club being pressured to sell it because a load of very rich foreign businessmen have descended on other clubs.

And if every club is bought up by rich foreigners there are still only 20 Premier League places, so the arms race just goes on (you'll find yourself needing a multi-billionaire owner rather than just a billionaire one...)
