His last 3 seasons in the Prem have seen him relegated

And now he's wanted by another team who are a decent shout for relegation. No decent Prem team would touch him with a barge-pole, except as a cheap backup.
His decision-making is consistently a bit s**t, and his crossing is poor to average more often than not.
He's a classic 'top-half Championship team/relegation-threatened Prem team player'. Never looked remotely like being anything more.
