Radio stations recommendations

I'm looking for a new radio station to arose me from my slumber each morn, betwixt 6 and 6.30 am.

Heartily sick of 5 lives and their rachel bumdock snearing at all and sundry, while the today program is all too depressing right now.
Love 6 musics during the afternoons, but not sure that early...?

Any recommendings from the cultural oasis that is the wotb gratefully received.
