Impeachment is a political process, not a legal one, so it requires the political will of senate or congress or some s**te. It isn't as simple as some independent body which polices presidential rulebreaking and hooks naughty presidents out by the lug.
And the Yanktories now have control of both senate and congress. So, while he's still useful (appointing Yanktories to the supreme court, gutting healthcare, whatever it is they're after, stringing up Muslims, requiring American families set an extra place at the table at mealtimes for Jeebus, whatever) he's staying in the big chair. They might decide, after he's served his usefulness that they can get rid of him over self-enrichment, corruption, double dealing, etc, but who's to say?
