When set against the (apparent) expectations and aspirations of our owners. It's probably very competent and Moxey is certainly not the awful appointment some make out in that context.
Whether it is the stewardship that is right for the expectations of a vocal chunk of our fanbase is another matter.
For me one of the major failings this season is that the current ownership hasn't made clear what their strategy is and there's been sod all attempt to get the supporters to buy into it as a result.
The Times article hints at it, as did select comments in Moxey's in-house interview, but there is a series of mixed messages coming out, almost as though they are afraid to nail their colours to the mast.
