25.000 x £5 = £125000; 12.000 x £25 = £300 000...

yeah I know concessions, etc. and would be nice to have a full house but as an economic decision it stands up.

yes in money terms 10001 at £25 is better than 25000 at £10

Agreed. even at $5 you might not get 25K either.
