Look, it is what it is

Delia owns us, it's her hobby, we're not getting any big investment as a result, she doesn't really mind if we bimble along in the Champs as long as we don't go bust and we exist "as a community asset". It'll only change if Wee Tom the Snappy Snaps Man loses heart.

So we don't risk the Nasty Bad Foreign Owner but we don't stand much chance of moving to a higher level either
