Not sure he is "poison" as he doesn't strike me as a difficult character but

I think he has been less than 100% committed this season in many games and I think that his presence in the squad has led Neil to select him at the expense of the likes of Wes and Pritchard and even Naismith at times which has not been great for us. Would rather we sold him and got in a more conventional winger and an up and coming players as left back cover for Olsson.

Brady seems to be a player who is not really a full back or a proper winger. Ironic that just as he goes we start to use wing backs really as that's probably his best position.
