I'd like Alex to turn it around

Because I like him but just can't see it. I've said before but I blame the players. Most of them aren't up for another Championship slogg. They've done it too many times. See Wes for Reading's 3rd goal. An absolute joke.

I think the only way to get the players rejuvenated is for them to hear another voice in charge but I don't think a new manager would get us promoted this season anyway. It's going to take a massive clear out this January and next summer. Getting a new one in now would give him the rest of this season to start to implement his philosophy.
