I've been saying this all season,

Communications from the club to the fans have been terrible. Putting out a scripted, cut scene interview like that is only going to fan the flames.

Obviously the club is in a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation at the moment (arguably their own fault to a degree) but that's just a poor effort.
