It was a bad time

Setting up every week to play for 0-0and hope to nick something is pretty uninspiring even when it works but in the prem with bassong Martin and ruddy in the team it was certain someone would make a mistake and then it was game over no plan b......
Once the players realised this we became panicky in defence and if we went behind we collapsed. He even used to make defensive subs when we were losing to consolidate the score. Truly an awful time to support city.

He may have learned from this experience but his comments afterwards didn't suggest he did. Seemed to think he was doing a good job and we'd have stayed up if we'd kept him.......
