Early AM sortie to the Meadowhall:

Waypoint Alpha: Starbucks/Cafe Nero/Costa (whichever is nearest where I park) for a double espresso. Drink as quick as possible.
Waypoints Bravo - Golf: Shops, specifically targeted, and rattled through as quickly as possible while the caffeine high is still in effect.
Waypoint Hotel: M&S food hall for nice nibbles to take home
