Firstly they arrest the wrong person, then 10 hours later they find documents of a Tunisian man?

Where's the cctv packed German market not one picture, nothing of the attack nor him running? Nothing from the Lorry which surely travelled down roads with cameras with the suspects face.

Paris was wall to wall news everyone's last steps traced we watched them walk about everywhere!
