Yes he was. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

He was more than happy to answer questions, no matter how simple they were and if he didn't have time then he would have someone else answer it promptly on his behalf.

At present there is just a brick wall, nothing. All we've been told is that the club is working on a new communication structure with the fans and this will be revealed in due course. This was a couple of months ago now.
