no 'big' name players or hugely expensive (in championship terms) recruits

all young or journeyman lads hungry to learn and play and snot the piss out of stupid dinosaurs like ourselves.

That should be our 'model'

Wage cap, transfer cap.
Give our youngsters and young playes a fair go (otherwise whats the f**king point of the £3m a year academy, other than to keep Luton, Kings Lynn and Wroxham well-stocked in players)
Sign only what we need
Sign players who can fit in multiple formations, rather than endless players who all play best in same place in one formation.
