Further to your restaurant's loss of it's Michelin star, as promised here are the reasons behind this decision. It was observed that the quality of fare being served has declined noticeably in recent weeks, to the point of mediocrity. Although the standard of ingredients has not noticeably changed over the preceding few months, we feel that the head chef is showing little imagination with the way he varies the menu choices and seems to have lost his way somewhat? It would appear that the larder is stocked with too many similar items, and not enough of the basic essentials, or indeed imagination required to complete a satisfactory meal. Unless he (or you) changes course and can see the error of his ways, I fear the worst for your establishment, with a declining patronage inevitable and many years of relative obscurity to follow. I do hope I'm wrong.
