You say that but...

it struck me yesterday that Huddersfield's team was made up pretty much entirely of players who have not yet 'made it' (played at the top level and received a big contract). A bit like Lambert's team here.
By contrast everyone in our team except Jacob has already reached the highest standard they ever will in the game and have a big contract. So they are basically just playing out their career now.
They just looked much hungrier than us, with, much more to play for. Which is true.
If we have a positive future at this club it is the likes of Maddison, Thompson, Pritchard etc, not the tired out "been there done that" crowd that are the bulk of the current squad. But as we've discovered they're hard to get rid of...
