It wasn't meant to be like this

18 months ago I thought he absolutely was the 'Real Deal'. Very good manager, organiser, gave simple, effective instructions to his team who would promptly go out and put in a strong performance usually resulting in 3 months.

He was inexperienced but would learn and grow with us, taking us forward, making us stronger. I wanted him here for a decade and my biggest worry was that we wouldn't be able to hang onto him long enough to see it all through
