It's more than the odd result

We need some f**king consistency.

The board won't sack Neil, because in their minds (like in the Villa game) he can get it right, and when he does we can play some brilliant football.

It's more than that.

Most managers could get the odd performance with this team in the Championship, they're good enough.

However, we need a manager who actually knows what's going on, what needs to be done week in week out to get results. Neil has lost it unfortunately, and no matter how nice a man he is, his time should be up, it would be with most other owners in the Championship.
