it seems pretty clear that the board aren't going to sack Neil until we are well out of the promotion picture. I doubt very much they would sack him had we lost to Villa.

So, basically the only hope of going up this season is that Neil somehow turns it around, and quickly. However, remote that may seem - two wins in the last three games at least gives a glimmer of hope.
