Mike Walker / Dave Stringer . Ken Brown - none went on to better things, all appointed by a different Board.

Saunders & Bond - brief success elsewhere, then awful failure - both appointed by a different board.

In short, I can think of only one NCFC manager that has gone on to consistent success elsewhere, and he (M O'N) was recruited by a Board that left us virtually bankrupt.
