Sherlock (SPOILERS for the second trailer)

So: I think obviously it's NOT that Sherlock loves John or Molly, both are far too obvious for the series.

Thought One: He's got to kill either Mycroft or Watson (because, reasons). Kills Mycroft - it's him he's saying it to.

Thought Two: Moriarty has a twin sister (brother in the books). Who turns out to be Mary Watson, who was always the brains of the Moriarty thing. Sherlock killed her brother now she's forcing him to kill his own.

Quite sure neither of these are right. What does everyone else reckon?

One thought: he may refuse to choose and shoot himself "dead" instead. This might mean an end to the BBC series (he might actually be dead this time) or there might be some way he's faked it or something. I have no idea who this new (male) antagonist is or what he'll be up to.
