Some of the selections are indeed strange/wrong but our biggest problem is not

that, its these utter no shows we produce in some games or for long periods in certain games.

Whether the two are linked I don't know but its not good enough and it happened too often last season in key games against bottom half rivals as well.

We clearly could have won this game today had we turned up but as it is we are now having to battle to get back on terms. Even a draw here is not a good result in my book.
