I'm already in training:
- 3 sets of 10 reps: "who the f**k was supposed to be marking him, then"
- 4 sets of 5 reps: "don't be a c**t, Laffs is s**t"
- intervals: warm up with 5 sets of "the basic problem is our owners lack ambition" then alternate two fast sets of "Delia will run us into the ground" with recovery sets of "at least they should be open to outside investment"
- cooldown: gentle long meander on Galway Roast's superior mouthfeel
