I didn't my job, cos I did an internal interview

It was my first job in admin, and I wasn't allowed to discuss the actual job I'd done there in two periods covering about 2 years. So I failed the interview because equal opportunities blah blah means I couldn't be seen as favourable to the position

Biggest load of s**t I've ever heard

I found out 4 months later that they changed the network from 3.1 to a better standard and it meant the workforce was cut from 120 to 40 so I probably wouldn't have lasted
