that way you get the sleazy silky moist bottom and the crisp gnarled up thuggish top half.

i know norfolk dumplings are an appellation controlee and that, but i like to fly by the seat of my pants in the dumplingverse. Do I like some colman mustard powder in the mix? oh yes indeedy. A few dried herbs? Yo bet yo ass. Yo Kickass.
