This is what I'm getting at really.

There's no doubt our recruitment strategy has not worked, but how many other clubs are in the same position? We only see what Norwich are doing. I bet there's many other clubs spunking cash up the wall with little to no return. The way it's been mentioned amongst our fans is like it's a problem unique to us. I'm only thinking that it's probably more widespread than we think.
