don't have an NHS, so out of that you have to take quite a few deductions, one of them being health insurance at around 135 minimum and then admittedly I'd forgotten about the 8% of our monthly salary which is held aside and paid out in May (the summer vacation payment which is a simply brilliant idea). That's a law by the way. Not company specific. Although you can choose to have it paid out each month but have to explicitly request that.
