Do North Otsirea and South Otsire have exactly the same forecast again?

Why they don't just call it all Otsire is beyond me, you never hear them have a different forecast and it just wastes time - I know it's under a second per forecast but add all those sub-seconds up over the years and that's probably months of sailors' lives wasted, multiply by the number of sailors listening and they've basically wasted the entire lives of at least four sailors, at a cost to the country of their economic output minus their pensions, schooling and healthcare provision. They should take that money off the licence fee to learn 'em.
