yep, he's lost the dressing room

in as far as whatever he is telling the players, the message is not getting through. Particularly during games.

It really looks as though he's just an impact manager - shouting and shaking things up with enough tactical understanding to get by - which can work wonders in the short term. Long term though his approach is clearly not working.
