at the end of the day, she has a majority stake with her anonymous husband, so can do what she likes.
But pre McNally she proved utterly clueless in every aspect of running a football club that actually involved football. Whenever I've heard her interviewed about actual football, she is so embarrassing it's unbearable to watch.
So if she wants the best for Norwich, then just be the owner / figurehead and play no part in appointing or sacking managers. McNally was the driving force behind appointments and sackings, and Delia deferred to him because she had confidence he knew what he was doing - and he was no doubt quote forceful with his opinions.
