As the board keep doing. Ignoring the fact that he got us promoted partly

because he was able to galvanise an underperforming team who were not playing for their manager. That's what we need now but it tends to be easier to do it if you are not the manager they are not playing for!

He always used to take personal credit when things were going well saying thinks like "the game went exactly how I expected it" etc.
