I'm sure many cliubs do, I'm equally sure many clubs don't.
But in any set up I would have thought you'd have a particular coach who was more specialist than the others in particular areas and would have prime responsibility for leading on those aspects - after all if you're drilling a team to play in a certain way, you probably want the same person giving a consistent message?
The impression I get from the 'we all muck in' type answer is that none of the coaches really has responsibility for that area, which begs the question of how effective the defensive training can be. eg who is responsible for analysing where we are making defensive mistakes, forming a plan of how to avoid them, and drilling the players in said plan? It has to be someone. AN can't do it all, and you can't manage/coach by committee.
