Was it Ricky Martin that Nigel Worthington criticised none too subtly

After Aidy Boothroyd left the youth set up? I remember him saying that all the good work in the academy had been down to Boothroyd but a certain other person had taken all the credit for it.

If it was Ricky Martin (I can't remember) the same charge seems to keep cropping up
