I don't think he's lost the dressing room either.

I think it's that the players don't have the appetite for another Championship slogg now the going has got tough. Too many have been here for too long and it's the same old, same old with them. Complacency has crept in.

January is a very important month. We need a few new signings who will go straight into the first team who will hopefully make a difference.

When I saw Louis Thompson have a great game against Leeds and deservedly get Man of the Match you could tell he put everything into that 90 minutes. We need more of that. The current crop who've been here for 2/3 relegations just don't have the desire anymore.
