Personally I can't stand 4-4-2 but for a team that insists on

playing 4-5-1/ 4-3-3 our pressing and ability to win the ball back is atrocious and the speed in which we revert to and from the formations is too slow.Played well 4-5-1 should become 4-3-3 in an instant and vice versa. If we can't do it properly we may as well hoof it in a 4-4-2. That's purely down to Alex Neil.
