The absolute insistence on 4-5-1 every week is the cause of all our problems

It shapes our recruitment strategy, except we've managed to accumulate several lads who either all play in the same role (Pritchard, Maddison in the Wes role) or would better suit a 4-4-2 (Naismith, Oliveira, Canos)

Whatever way you slice it, one up top is not helping us at all at present
