Worthington and Souness

They're very similar managers. Rely on motivation but then have personal vendettas against players so it demotivates everyone.

Both pig headed and genuinely think they are doing a good job.

Neither have any tactical awareness and can react to situations in games when it's going wrong.

Both waste money on players.

Difference is that Worthington is employed and fully backed by the board while Souness was sacked.
